Front-End Web Developer

Nialli is currently looking for a highly motivated
front-end web developer
to work closely with our UX and web development teams.

What we are developing

Nialli™ products and services include visual collaboration applications intended for highly secure enterprise environments. Our suite of products provides an easily understood and simple way for individuals and groups to collaborate in a shared workspace in both in-person and remote scenarios. It integrates with the tools, devices and applications that people already use and offers an easily understood environment for new users and guests to effectively work together. It is deployed on the Microsoft® Azure cloud and leverages industry-standard authentication and encryption.

You will

• Deliver products from requirements through design, implementation, and release using a continuous delivery approach based on automated, repeatable, and reliable releases
• Perform front-end feature development across all application layers (HTML, styling, React, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Have the freedom to suggest design changes based on personal experience
• Work closely with the UX team to implement on designs
• Work closely with backend developers to get the right data at the right time in an agile environment
• Give feedback on UI best practices
• Research new technologies and bring forward new ideas to support the team
• Provide ticket and feature estimates
• Perform code reviews
• Be a champion of Nialli process and developer guidelines

You have

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of relevant work experience with a focus on web development
• Proven skills in web styling using SASS, LESS, CSS or similar styling frameworks
• A solid understanding of programming fundamentals
• An ability to thrive on the unknown and you are always interested in your next challenge
• Creative and natural problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• The ability to stay current and work in a rapidly changing environment

You have experience with

• The following languages and frameworks:
• TypeScript/JavaScript
• React
• Material design components
• Common front-end design patterns and architecture
• Visual Studio 2022/Visual Studio Code
• Git/Gitflow
• Microsoft Teams/remote collaboration
• Agile methodologies

“Nice to have” experience

• JIRA
• Multi-user web environments
• .NET / C#
• Docker
• FIGMA
