Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of program/project management experience across complex environments
- Experience supporting Real Estate or Facilities projects with IT deliverables
- Strong understanding of:
- Networking
- Firewalls & Security
- Site Support / Infrastructure setup
- Experience with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Experience with tools such as:
- MS Project
- O365 Suite
- Visio
- Excel / PowerPoint
- Smartsheet
- Jira
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in GIS systems supporting Real Estate projects
- PMP certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working with enterprise IT service environments (e.g., ServiceNow, monitoring tools).
