What You’ll Own

- Lead the
architecture and implementation
of core systems: products, orders, payments, and internal tooling
- Drive
end-to-end development
, setting the standard from frontend experience to backend reliability
- Define
API contracts, data models, and state machines
that support complex, evolving transaction flows
- Make critical decisions on
system design, scalability, and technical direction
- Translate ambiguous product ideas into clear technical strategies and shipped systems
- Partner closely with product, design, and founders to co-create both product and engineering direction

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience as a
senior or lead full-stack engineer
, with a track record of shipping complex systems
- Strong expertise in modern web stacks (
TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Python
)
- Deep understanding of
system architecture, data modeling, and API design at scale
- Ability to operate in ambiguity
and lead projects from 0 → 1
- High ownership mindset—you don’t wait for specs, you define them
- Strong interest in
AI-native / agent-driven systems
, and curiosity to push new paradigms

Strong Plus

- Experience building
marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or transaction-heavy systems
- Hands-on work with LLMs, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or tool-calling systems
- Early-stage startup or founding engineer experience
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and DevOps practices
