Role summary
The AI Engineer-Senior is a fully remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI applications. This position requires technical leadership in AI solution architecture, including machine learning systems, generative AI workflows, and scalable production deployments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies, ensure solution reliability, and mentor other engineers, thereby advancing the company's AI capabilities. The role requires 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI development.
Responsibilities:
The AI Engineer-Senior leads the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered applications that solve complex business problems. This role provides technical leadership in the architecture of AI solutions, including machine learning systems, generative AI workflows, and scalable production deployments. The AI Engineer-Senior collaborates closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define technical approaches, ensures solution reliability and performance, and mentors other engineers while advancing the organization’s AI capabilities.

Qualifications:
Required:
