Job Description:

Design Leads are responsible for professionally representing the company to both current and prospective customers. It is a Design Leads responsibility to ensure they provide a strong, professional, and competent first impression with every one of our customers. Design Leads should monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales. Build relationships and identify the prospect's need for the products or services. Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status. Sell the organization's products or services to established customers or develop new prospects within assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

• Exemplify the quality and professionality of the company
• Establish and maintain client relationships
• Assist with design for priority customers
• Assess customers priorities
• Assist customers as needed in their selection of products
• Drive sales through engagement of customers, inquiring as to the customers' needs, and sharing of product knowledge.
• Notify customers of new products, services or beneficial training
• Generate estimates, sales orders and invoices where appropriate
• Process customer payments, exchanges.
• Check available supply of products and generate purchase orders
• Alert managers of priority customers, problems, or opportunities
• Participate in company organized events
• Attend special training of products/services to understand the product features, trends or styles of the products/service
• Provide financial department with information to process designer rebates
