Role summary

Seeking a Program Manager with deep expertise in the Epic refuel methodology, including Nova Notes, integrated testing, and governance best practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) skills, with a proven track record of successfully altering long-standing clinical cultures and driving adoption within legacy Epic environments. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management abilities, enabling effective communication and credibility with C-suite executives, clinical chiefs, and technical teams, acting as a key liaison between internal leadership and external perspectives. Core program delivery skills include PMO setup, resource and capacity planning, vendor management, and benefits tracking.

Deep knowledge of Epic refuel methodology, Nova Notes, integrated testing, and Epic governance best practices
OCM expertise with demonstrated success changing long-standing clinical culture and driving adoption in legacy Epic environments
Strong stakeholder skills: credible with C-suite, clinical chiefs, and technical teams; able to be the external voice that mirrors internal leadership

Program delivery skills: PMO setup, resource/capacity planning, vendor management, and benefits tracking
