Role summary

NPG Health is seeking an early-career Digital Marketing Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations. The role focuses on supporting senior team members by gathering data, maintaining reports, assisting with tracking, and ensuring accurate metrics across websites, campaigns, and CRM platforms. Responsibilities include creating performance decks, developing digital dashboards, analyzing website and campaign data using GA4 and GTM, supporting tagging requests, and extracting data from CRM systems like HubSpot. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and proficient in Excel, with familiarity in dashboard tools and digital analytics platforms.

Digital Marketing Analyst
with
1–3 years of experience
in analytics, digital marketing, or marketing operations. This role is designed for an early-career professional who is comfortable working with data, building dashboards, and supporting digital reporting across websites, campaigns, and CRM platforms. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is passionate about leveraging digital innovation to drive marketing success.

*NOTE: Candidates within the TriState Area (NYC/NJ/LocalPA) will be prioritized.*

You will support senior analytics and digital engagement team members by gathering data, maintaining recurring reports, assisting with tagging and tracking requests, and helping ensure teams have accurate, actionable metrics. *RESPONSIBILITIES:*

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Support the creation and maintenance of monthly and quarterly performance decks, consolidating data from multiple sources.
  • Assist in developing and updating digital dashboards (LookerStudio/PowerBI experience is a plus, not required).
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity across reporting.

Digital Analytics Support

  • Pull and analyze website and campaign metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Support tagging, tracking, and documentation of custom events or assets (UTMs, QR codes, etc.).
  • Assist with ongoing optimizations and troubleshooting measurement issues.

CRM & Marketing Technology

  • Help extract data from HubSpot or other CRM systems to support reporting and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with uploading, organizing, and maintaining campaign-related assets or metadata.

Operations & Collaboration

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to collect requirements, support reporting needs, and answer basic data questions.
  • Document dashboards and data definitions.
  • Contribute to internal presentations and summaries of insights for team discussions.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics, operations, digital marketing, or similar data‑focused roles.
  • Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups).
  • Experience with GTM, GA4, and/or digital analytics tools.
  • Experience with HubSpot or any CRM is a plus.
  • Some familiarity with dashboard tools (LookerStudio, PowerBI).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, ask questions when unsure, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with delivering polished client presenations.
