Role summary

Seeking a Senior Angular Engineer with full-stack capabilities to build internal business software, mobile apps, and perform systems integration. The role involves designing and developing primarily Angular frontends and ASP.NET backends, implementing REST APIs, and basic database design. Responsibilities include providing architectural direction, managing git branches, and overseeing junior developers. Requires 10 years of web development experience and 5 years with Angular, proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, CSS/HTML, and Git. Experience with a server-side language (C#, Java, Ruby, Python, PHP) is also required. Preferred qualifications include C# expertise, MS SQL Server experience, and familiarity with Material Design, Kendo UI, Azure, and mobile development.

We are seeking a strong front-end developer that is also comfortable with full-stack work.

What We Do

We work with mid-market enterprises to build their internal business software, mobile workforce apps, legacy system conversions, and perform complicated systems integration. Our primary development platforms are C# .NET for web services, Angular or Kendo UI for Frontend, and Ionic for mobile apps. 

Remote Details: The job is fully remote, working Business Hours Central Time.

Requirements

  • 10 Years web development experience
    • 5 years’ experience with Angular
    • Experience with REST APIs
  • Highly proficient in
    • Typescript
    • JavaScript
    • Angular
    • Browser Dev Tools
  • At least moderately proficient in
    • SQL
    • Database schema design and analysis
    • A Server-side language such as C#, Java, Ruby, Python, or PHP
    • CSS/HTML
    • Git branch management / merge conflict resolution
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Preferred

  • BS/BA degree
  • C# Expertise
  • SSMS / MS SQL Server Experience

Nice-to-Have

  • Material Design experience
  • Experience with Kendo UI
  • Azure experience
  • Mobile development experience
  • Microsoft Visual Studio Experience

Responsibilities

  • Design of UI to meet functional requirements given by project managers
  • Application Development, primarily Angular frontend, ASP.NET backend
  • Implementation of REST API to be consumed by Angular frontend
  • Basic Database Design
  • Overseeing junior and intermediate front-end developers
    • Provide architectural direction
    • Managing git branches and pull requests
    • Ensuring development adheres to architectural and coding standards
  • Perform work within allotted hourly budgets and within specific timeframes
