Customer Engagement & Solution Leadership

• Lead and own enterprise POCs and Pilots from initial discovery through validation,
• handoff, and production readiness.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer architects and EUC teams, guiding
• solution design and architectural decisions.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable, secure
• architectures using Numecent technologies.

Pre‑Sales & Architecture Design

• Provide pre‑sales technical support, including solution design, architecture reviews, and
• technical validation.
• Deliver technical demonstrations, workshops, and deep‑dive sessions tailored to
• customer environments.
• Design end‑to‑end architectures incorporating common enterprise platforms such as
• Azure, Intune, SCCM, Citrix, and AVD.
• Contribute technical input to RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and SOWs.
