Role summary
This is a remote Enterprise Architect position focused on supporting Texas state government agencies, specifically CPA application systems and the CAPPS program. The role requires extensive experience in strategic roadmap creation, managing outsourced technical teams and managed service providers, executive presentations, contract management, and data integration/quality within SDLC processes. Technical expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM/HCM 9.2 and related tools, along with IT security and service desk functions (ITIL), is essential. The position also involves designing and sustaining a reporting framework for multiple agencies. Preferred experience includes software/hardware management best practices and legacy financial systems support.
