AI & Intelligent Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance PMO efficiency — including AI-assisted platforms for program status summarization, risk identification, resource forecasting, and reporting automation.
  • Identify and pilot AI use cases within the PMO — proactively exploring where generative AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation can reduce manual overhead and accelerate decision-making.
  • Partner with IS&T and data teams to evaluate and integrate AI-powered project management tools into existing PMO workflows and governance frameworks.
