Role summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to oversee the ground truth (GT) data lifecycle for its automotive AI stack. This role requires managing GT programs, leading communication between US and China teams, and ensuring timely, accurate data delivery for perception and ML model training. Responsibilities include roadmap development, end-to-end planning (collection, labeling, QA, delivery), risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and data teams. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of technical product or program management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively across time zones. Experience in autonomous driving, perception, mapping, or large-scale ML systems is preferred, as is bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to advise the ground truth (GT) data lifecycle for NVIDIA’s Auto ML stack. This role emphasizes supporting detailed delivery during US hours while working in close partnership with our core GT teams in China! You will function as a connection between US and China, ensuring clear communication and the completion of requirements, plans, and concerns. Serving as the main hub for GT in the US, you will supervise all GT programs, lead key meetings with US partners, and communicate daily with the global teams. The role is crucial for delivering data accurately and on time.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the GT data roadmap for key markets (US, EU, UK, JP, KR), translating perception/product needs into clear data requirements, achievements, and delivery plans.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and tracking for GT: from data collection and map readiness, to labeling, QA/auditing, and final delivery to perception and model training.
  • Work closely with the GT team in China through daily syncs, status reviews, and issue triage. Maintain unified status views for GT data (targets versus actuals, yield, coverage, risks) and share them regularly with leadership across both regions.
  • Collaborate with MLE, product, map and DC teams to ensure POI planning, DC deployment, and route development align with customer data needs and program timelines. Work with QA/audit and data factory teams to improve yield, quality, and audit coverage.
  • Lead risk management and reduction efforts: identify schedule/quality/capacity risks quickly; propose alternatives; coordinate collaborators on decisions involving both the US and China teams.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of product management or program management experience in a technical domain.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with metrics, dashboards, and large datasets to make decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones and manage communication between geographically distributed teams.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

  • We prefer the ability to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) in a professional context.
  • Experience in autonomous driving/ADAS, perception, mapping, or large-scale ML systems.
  • Comfort using tools like dashboards, SQL, or light scripting to answer data questions independently.
