Mozaik Software Engineer
Role summary
O’Connor Cabinetry Designs seeks an expert-level Mozaik Software Engineer for their Sarasota, Florida team. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of hands-on Mozaik experience and a deep understanding of cabinet engineering, manufacturing logic, and production workflows within a custom cabinetry environment. The engineer will translate designs into accurate, production-ready outputs, support manufacturing with precise data, and contribute to improving internal systems and efficiency. This is a full-time, onsite position for an individual contributor focused on high-level execution and system enhancement.
O’Connor Cabinetry Designs is looking for an expert-level Mozaik Software Engineer to join our team in Sarasota, Florida.
We are seeking someone with at least 4 years of hands-on Mozaik experience who can operate at a high level in a fast-moving custom cabinetry and manufacturing environment. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who truly understands how to turn design intent into accurate, efficient, production-ready output.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of professional experience using Mozaik software
- Expert-level knowledge of cabinet engineering, manufacturing logic, and production workflows
- Strong understanding of custom cabinetry construction
- Ability to create highly accurate drawings, machining data, cutlists, and production-ready outputs
- Experience working with designers, engineers, and shop teams
- Problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail, speed, and accuracy
- Able to help improve systems, standards, and workflow efficiency
What you’ll do:
- Build and engineer cabinetry projects in Mozaik
- Translate designs into clean, accurate, production-ready engineering
- Support manufacturing with precise shop drawings, part data, and machine-ready output
- Help refine and strengthen our internal engineering and production systems
- Work directly with a high-performance team focused on growth, speed, and excellence
Compensation:
- $125,000/year and up
- Compensation will reflect experience, capability, and value brought to the company
Location:
- Sarasota, Florida
- Must be willing to move to Sarasota and join our team on-site
