Role summary

Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is essential, along with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance development. This is a key role in scaling the company's technical foundation.

The Role
We’re hiring a
Principal Solution Architect
to own the technical direction of our client work.
This is a
hands-on, client-facing role
combining architecture, delivery leadership, and system design. You’ll define how we build—and ensure everything we ship meets a high bar.
You’ll work across:
- Data platforms and analytics systems
- KPI and modeling layers
- Select software / application-layer solutions that operationalize data
What You’ll Do
- Design
scalable data and analytics architectures
(warehouse, modeling, BI)
- Act as the
technical lead
with clients—translate business problems into systems
- Own data models, metric definitions, and overall solution quality
- Review and guide work from engineers and partners
- Extend analytics into
tools, workflows, or lightweight applications
when needed
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, improve quality, and rethink workflows
- Build internal standards and reusable patterns as we scale
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in data / analytics / data engineering
- Experience designing
enterprise-grade data platforms
- Background in
consulting or highly client-facing roles
- Strong SQL + data modeling fundamentals
- Comfortable working across data and light application layers (APIs, tools, workflows)
- Fluent with modern stacks (Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc) securely to accelerate work when appropriate
- Strong communicator who can push back and guide clients

Compensation
- Base:
$150,000 – $175,000
- Bonus + Equity:
