to support the development and production release of advanced switch and MEMS-based products used across RF and power electronic applications.
The Opportunity

Senior Test Engineer – MEMS

, you will play a critical role in defining test strategy, developing automated test solutions, and ensuring robust validation and qualification of next-generation semiconductor devices.
You’ll work cross-functionally with design, product, packaging, and manufacturing teams to deliver scalable, cost-effective, and high-yield production test platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ATE production test solutions for MEMS devices
- Lead wafer probe, final test, and reliability test development
- Define test strategies aligned to product and manufacturing roadmaps
- Drive Design-for-Test (DFT) input during product development
- Support validation, characterization, and qualification activities
- Perform yield analysis, guard-banding, and statistical data evaluation
- Troubleshoot test failures and drive root cause investigations
Technical Experience Required
- Strong background in ATE test development
- Experience with MEMS, semiconductor, or mixed-signal devices
- Knowledge of DFT, test plans, and production release processes
- ATE hardware design (schematics, load boards, interface design)
- Wafer-level probe and package test environments
- Statistical analysis (GR&R, Cpk, repeatability studies)
- Bench correlation and test time optimisation
- Test software development and automation
Desirable Skills
- MEMS device testing experience
- NI PXI instrumentation
- LabVIEW / TestStand
- JMP or similar statistical tools
