Director, Product Management - Cloud Infrastructure
Role summary
Okta is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead strategy for its cloud infrastructure, focusing on trust, performance, resiliency, scale, efficiency, and geographic availability. This role will also oversee the Data Platform, providing analytics, reporting frameworks, machine learning, and messaging capabilities. The Director will own international and US public sector business, including US Federal, and cloud service provider posture. Responsibilities include developing product strategy, managing compliance offerings, collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing, developing pricing, conducting market research, leading a product management team, and defining key metrics. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of technology product management experience, preferably in platform or cloud infrastructure, with a strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and a proven track record of delivering large strategic projects. A minimum of 5 years of people management experience is required.

We are looking for a Director of Product Management who will be responsible for driving strategy related to Okta’s trust motion, including service performance, deployments, resiliency, scale, efficiency, geographic availability, compliance, and more. This leader will own the international and US public sector, including our US Federal business, as well as our cloud service provider posture. Finally, this role also oversees Okta’s Data Platform, which serves internal and external customers by providing analytics, frameworks for in product reporting, machine learning, and messaging capabilities.

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
