Senior Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the Role

Currently, they are looking for a Senior UI/UX Product Designer to lead the design of their mobile and web experiences. You will design intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences for both their consumer-facing mobile applications and our client-facing dashboards. This role requires strong product thinking, interaction design, and high-quality visual execution. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web dashboards
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver features
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and visual language
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across the platform
• Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
• Participate in user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile (iOS & Android) and/or web product design
• Expert proficiency in Figma
• Familiarity with Figma AI tooling
• Experience designing for native mobile applications on both iOS and Android
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and experience applying them in production
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Ability to create high-quality visual designs with strong attention to detail
• Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing social, community-driven, or consumer-facing applications
• Experience with data-driven or analytics dashboards
• Familiarity with AI-driven product experiences
• Experience contributing to or building design systems
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies and design handoff
• Interest in mentoring or leading design efforts over time

Pay range and compensation package

Target salary range: $120,000 – $155,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
