Role Description

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to spearhead the development and implementation of scalable software solutions. This is a full-time, remote role where you will oversee technical projects, guide a team of engineers, and create robust back-end systems. The role involves designing, coding, and maintaining software, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A solid foundation in Computer Science concepts and principles.
• Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development with demonstrated success in building scalable and secure software.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a technical team.
• Experience with modern software development practices, tools, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a remote team environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
