Overview
We’re looking for an experienced
SRE Transformation Lead
to drive enterprise-wide reliability transformation within a leading banking environment. This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership to define and scale SRE practices across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end
SRE transformation
across the enterprise
- Define and implement the
SRE operating model
- Establish and run
SRE governance (CoE / council)
- Partner with business & tech leaders as a
trusted advisor
- Drive adoption of SRE through
coaching, enablement & roadmaps
- Define
KPIs
to measure transformation success
- Assess current environments and
close capability gaps
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years in engineering or production operations
- 5+ years in
SRE leadership
- Experience in
banking / financial services
(required)
- Strong experience with
enterprise SRE transformations
- Expertise in:
- Cloud (AWS / Azure)
- Observability (Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace)
- Automation (Terraform, Ansible)
- Proven ability to influence
senior stakeholders
