Principal Business Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within aggressive timelines. - Lead fast-paced, cross-functional business programs to achieve on-time, in-scope delivery of complex initiatives.

- Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency, ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status, risks, and next steps.

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years plus; of overall experience with 5 years plus of program management experience delivering complex projects against challenging timelines.
• Proven ability to move with urgency and drive results under pressure.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding situations and developing action plans.
