Intermittent Program Manager
Role summary
Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Intermittent Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Intermittent Residential Program. This role involves supervising and mentoring Community Advocates and DSPs, acting as the primary Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP), and managing healthcare, medication systems, and billing for program participants. The manager will also be responsible for emergency response and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of home environments. A Bachelor's degree in social services, QIDP certification, and two years of experience in developmental disabilities are required.
Orchard Village is seeking a full-time Intermittent Program Manager to join our team!
Intermittent Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operation of Intermittent Residential Program. Supervise and mentor a team of Community Advocates and DSPs who work directly with program participants. Function as the primary Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) for clients within the Intermittent CILA program. Oversee health care and medications system for participating individuals. Ensure that medical and health care needs are supported for each individual, including ensuring that routine medical appointments are up to date. Complete monthly billing: ensure that private pay service contracts are fulfilled each month. Carry a 24-hour emergency phone and respond to calls in a timely and thorough manner. Audit and monitor environments of the home(s) to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Intermittent Program Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services
- State of Illinois QIDP certification
- Two years’ experience working in the field of developmental disabilities (including at least one year working directly with persons with developmental disabilities [DD])
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

Pay: $49,707.33 per year
