Business Development Manager, Orchard Title
Role summary
Orchard is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Title division to identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build relationships with real estate professionals and joint venture partners, and drive sales growth. This full-time, remote role reports to the VP of Growth and Business Development and requires 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within title and escrow services. The ideal candidate will excel at client acquisition, negotiation, relationship management, and strategic execution, with a strong understanding of industry trends and a results-oriented mindset. The role involves active market engagement and pipeline management to achieve sales targets.

About the Role
Orchard is looking for a Business Development Manager to join Orchard Title. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with Realtors and joint venture partners, and contributing to the success of a high-performing business development organization. This is a Full Time role that will report into the VP, Growth and Business Development and can be remote in any of our Texas markets (Dallas, Houston, San Antonio or Austin - with preference for Dallas or Houston).
