Senior AI Solutions Analyst
Role summary
Oura is seeking a Senior AI Productivity Solutions Analyst to bridge AI ideas and measurable outcomes. This remote US role involves framing problems with business leaders, designing solutions on the existing AI stack, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving pilots to clear decisions. Responsibilities include defining AI pilot scope, KPIs, and guardrails, producing business cases, and documenting best practices. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years in solutions engineering or technical consulting, with proven experience in AI agent and automation delivery, strong cross-functional facilitation skills, and comfort with a multi-tool AI stack. Experience with specific AI and enterprise tools is a plus.

About the Role
As a AI Productivity Solutions Engineer & Analyst, you will be a strategic, hands-on leader responsible for designing and driving the adoption of high-impact AI solutions across Oura. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to reimagine business processes and build the next generation of AI-powered operations. Your work will directly influence Oura's operational efficiency, strategic capabilities, and the future of AI-driven work at the company
