Senior IT Project Manager
Role summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to oversee financial technology initiatives and operations. This role involves leading cross-functional programs to modernize systems, strengthen governance, and support growth, focusing on the NetSuite ecosystem and related financial tools. You will manage the planning and delivery of strategic programs and day-to-day operational support, collaborating closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revops, Commerce, and Supply Chain teams. Key responsibilities include owning the financial systems roadmap, driving capacity planning, standardizing agile/Kanban practices, and providing clear communication and decision support to leadership. The position requires strong domain knowledge in finance and accounting processes, proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence, and experience in regulated environments.

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to coordinate resources, scheduling, and priorities across all Financial Technology (FT) initiatives and operations.
This is a high-impact role operating at the intersection of Finance and IT. You will lead cross-functional programs that modernize our systems landscape, strengthen governance, and enable scalable growth. You will manage the planning and delivery for our financial systems portfolio including NetSuite and its ecosystem (tax, close automation, procurement, EPM, and related tools) balancing large strategic programs with critical run‑the‑business support.
You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revops, Commerce, Supply Chain and financial systems delivery teams to ensure programs are delivered with rigor, predictability, and strong executive visibility.
