Ozark Regional VeinArtery Center-recently named 2025 Best of Northwest Arkansas: 2025 Best Vein Center -is seeking a polished, energetic, and service-driven Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Greet patients warmly and create a positive, professional first impression
• Deliver a high-touch, concierge-style experience throughout the patient visit
• Manage front desk communications including phone calls, texts, emails, and inquiries
• Coordinate and optimize the appointment schedule to ensure smooth clinic flow
• Handle scheduling changes with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
• Assist with patient check-in/check-out and accurately process payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical scheduling or front office experience (required)
• Minimum 2 years of computer experience (required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

ScheduleWork Environment

• Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• In-person role located in Rogers, AR
