- 8+ years of experience in UX, product design, or digital experience design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- The ability to present complex design solutions to executive stakeholders and influence product roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience in using AI assisted tools in design workflows
- Strong judgment in validating AI outputs and ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and brand alignment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX, UI, and design system work for complex digital platforms
- Experience designing scalable web experiences and modular component-based systems
- Proficiency in Figma, auto-layout, and advanced prototyping
- Understanding of front-end frameworks, responsive design, and modern web architectures
- Proven experience designing for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar enterprise grade CMS platforms
- Experience collaborating with distributed global teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Sr Website UX Designer to work on the Global Digital Experience team, doing hands on UX and UI design work to accelerate the refresh of our website design system
- This role is pivotal for the company's "platform-first strategy" and transition to modern, AI ready digital experiences
- You will work within a cross functional team of AEM backend engineers, and product marketers to transform Figma designs into modular, and reusable AEM components
- Partner with product, marketing, engineering, and content stakeholders to design scalable web experiences aligned to platform first strategy
- Lead the evolution of a world-class, accessible, and reusable design system
- Create UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs for key journeys such as platform discovery, trials, and product led growth
- Translate business goals and customer needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Utilize web analytics and user feedback to identify friction points and optimize high conversion paths like product trials and discovery
- Provide design mentorship and guidance to cross functional partners to elevate the overall design quality
- Use AI to improve design system operations (component documentation drafts, naming proposals, usage guidelines, accessibility checklists). Leverage AI to create faster iteration loops with team members
- Develop and maintain component libraries that support modular, headless, and experimentation ready architectures
- Support the deprecation of legacy engagement tools by designing new scalable content and experience patterns
- Work closely with front end developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across global properties
- Contribute to experimentation and personalization strategies, including A/B testing and ABM-driven experiences
- Ensure accessibility, performance, and responsive design best practices
- Exploit AI to prototype complex interactions rapidly and explore personalized user journeys at scale
