Senior Project Coordinator
Role summary
Parametrix is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for their Transportation team in the Greater Washington region. This role supports project managers and project delivery, reporting to a Senior Project Controls Specialist. The position involves hybrid work, with collaboration in Puget Sound offices. Responsibilities include supporting scope and budget development, progress reporting, status tracking, meeting coordination, workload forecasting, and quality control of client deliverables. The role requires 5+ years of AEC industry experience in tasks like scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout, along with technical editing and document proofing. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint is necessary. Experience with BST10 and Emburse is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for working with teams, managers, and clients.

About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our Transportation team in our Greater Washington region. This position will provide support for our transportation project managers and support project delivery. You will report to a Senior Project Controls Specialist and work a hybrid schedule, ideally coming into one of our Puget Sound office locations for team and project collaboration.
