Description:

We are seeking a skilled Software Change Manager (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to
support application migration projects utilizing IBM’s DBB/Git/IDD Solutions.
The SME will play a key role in guiding clients through the Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process, providing technical expertise, hands-on migration support, and training delivery.
The ideal candidate has a strong z/OS and mainframe background, experience in application development or system programming, and proven customer interfacing and troubleshooting skills within migration environments.

- Strong experience in
IBM z/OS
and
Endevor (SCM)
- Hands-on experience with
DBB / Git / IDD migrations
- Groovy scripting & YAML knowledge
- Git repositories, branching & pipeline debugging
- Installation & migration experience on mainframe
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Customer-facing experience & training delivery
- 8 + years as a Systems Programmer
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
