Senior Software Engineer, Blueprint GenAI
Role summary
Pega is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Blueprint GenAI SaaS offering. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role focused on developing and deploying changes to production for the Pega Blueprint application. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of full-stack development experience with Java/Python and React, along with hands-on experience with Pega Infinity, PPRC, and Rules development. Experience with REST API development is also required. While not mandatory, experience with prompt engineering, LLM development, or other GenAI is a plus. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will be part of a team that is working directly with our Chief Product Officer on the Pega Blueprint SaaS offering. This is a high visibility individual contributor (IC) role that demands a strong technical background, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up like environment within the walls of a much larger company.
What You'll Do At Pega
- You will act as a key team member developing the Pega Blueprint SaaS application.
- Frequently deploy changes to production to ensure product is up to date
- Continuously help and support our product team while operating the Pega Blueprint production service.
- Quickly adapt to changing priorities based on customer feedback. This include thinking on your feet to solve complex problems and speedbumps in the products lifecycle

What You've Accomplished
- 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development experience is required, particularly with an object-oriented programming language like Java or Python, as well as React experience
- Pega CSA or CSSA is a huge plus with PPRC or Rules development experience
- REST API development experience

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is 100,400 - 150,200 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
