Data Analyst

is seeking a Data Analyst to join our data team to help drive business insights and informed decision-making. This full-time hybrid position is responsible for identifying trends and developments in our data environments and presenting these findings and corrective recommendations to supervisors, senior management, and other interested parties.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
Location:
3000 Ames Crossing Rd, Ste 600, Eagan, MN 55121 – Hybrid

• 1 day in-office a week

Hiring Range:
$66,997 - $72,356/ Hourly based on qualifications
Hiring Bonus:
$1,000 to external candidates

Main Job Duties

• Query and analyze data involving SQL queries, csv/excel exports, or existing business intelligence (BI) reports.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain datasets from internal and external sources.
• Identify data anomalies, inconsistencies, or quality issues and recommend remediation.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Quality, IT, etc.)
• Meet attendance and scheduling requirements as an essential function of the role.
