Role summary
Petit Clair, a growing children's fashion brand, seeks a Technical Product Designer in Howell, NJ. This onsite, hands-on role involves owning the apparel development process from concept to production, including creating tech packs, managing fit and construction, and communicating with overseas factories. The ideal candidate has 2-5+ years of experience in technical design or apparel development, with strong knowledge of garment construction and fit. This is a

✔ Create tech packs and bring designs to life
✔ Work directly with overseas factories
✔ Own fit, construction, and product execution
✔ Manage development from proto → production
Ideal background:
- 2–5+ years in technical design or apparel development
- Strong with garment construction + fit
