Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of sales associates
• Train and onboard new team members
• Set sales goals and targets for the team
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching
• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly priced and displayed
• Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and balancing
• Oversee payroll processes for the team

Experience:

• Previous experience in team management or leadership role
• Bilingual proficiency in English and [additional language] is a plus
• Knowledge of wireless sales industry preferred
• Strong ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
• Sales management experience is highly desirable
