Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior AI Fullstack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven software applications supporting clinical development and data-driven workflows. This role sits within a highly collaborative environment working alongside AI scientists, data engineers, product managers, and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strong full stack engineering expertise with hands-on experience integrating generative AI and LLM-based solutions into production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop full stack applications supporting clinical development initiatives.

Integrate generative AI and LLM capabilities to enhance data processing and user workflows.

Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in code reviews and best practices.

Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.

Build and maintain CI/CD and deployment pipelines for AI-enabled applications.

Monitor application and pipeline performance in production environments.

Contribute to scalable, fault-tolerant system design for distributed systems.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.

5+ years of full stack software development experience.

Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or React.

Strong backend development experience using Python and/or JavaScript (FastAPI, Django, Flask, Next.js).

2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML-enabled applications.

Experience designing RESTful APIs.

Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration.

Experience with containerized architectures (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).

Strong automated testing experience (Python unittest, Jest, Playwright).

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and modern data platforms (Snowflake or similar).

Experience building AI-powered solutions such as chatbots, RAG pipelines, or AI-assisted automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building AI agents and fine-tuning LLMs.

Experience evaluating bias and fairness in LLM systems.

Experience developing Microsoft Word add-ins using Office.js.

Experience with JWT, WebSockets, and modern web security patterns.

Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure concepts.

Experience using NLP/LLMs on clinical or biomedical text.

Basic understanding of clinical drug development processes.
