Photon Brothers is seeking a temporary Project Coordinator for 4-6 months in Centennial, CO. This role focuses on organizing residential solar and energy storage projects from contract to closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating milestones, scheduling, customer communication, monitoring project status, identifying blockers, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requirements include 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or customer-facing scheduling, strong communication, detail orientation, and proficiency with project management software. Solar experience is a plus. Pay is $24-$31 per hour.

Position Overview:
This position will be based out of our Centennial, CO location.

Photon Brothers is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team on a temporary basis (4 to 6 months from date of hire). The Project Coordinator is responsible for keeping residential solar and energy storage projects organized, moving, and accurately documented from contract through project closeout.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project milestones, scheduling, and customer availability
  • Provide customers with operational project updates and next steps
  • Monitor project status, aging, and outstanding requirements
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure required work is progressing
  • Identify blockers and escalate unresolved issues
  • Coordinate handoffs between Sales, Preconstruction, Operations, Inspections, and Service
  • Maintain accurate project stages, notes, tasks, and documentation
  • Confirm installation readiness before scheduling
  • Track post-installation requirements including inspections, corrections, PTO, and closeout
  • Ensure every project has a clear next action and responsible owner

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, or customer-facing scheduling roles
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Clear, professional communication, with a proactive approach to keeping customers and internal teams updated
  • Comfortable using project management or scheduling software
  • Detail oriented, able to catch and flag issues before they become bigger problems
  • Solar experience a plus

Pay for this position is $24-$31 per hour, depending on experience. Overtime opportunities may be available depending on seasonality and business needs.

This full-time role is eligible to participate in health (one plan is less than $35 per pay check!), dental, and vision insurance. Photon Brothers also offers a 401k with match, as well as company-sponsored life insurance and telehealth. Paid holidays and PTO are also offered with this position.
