What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead the multi-year roadmap for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Employee Relations (ER) enablement
  • Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee the creation of enablement resources and maintain high standards for knowledge management materials
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for new tools, process changes, and upskilling initiatives
  • Build and manage cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders to drive alignment and identify priorities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in program delivery, enablement, or other talent-focused initiatives at a global company
  • 3+ years of functional experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering transformational programs that improve organizational productivity
  • Advanced skills in project management, stakeholder management, and change management
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Prior experience in the technology industry
  • Experience building and scaling enablement programs in a remote environment
