What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive analytics, governance, and cost savings opportunities across software and vendor agreements
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to onboard AI tool pilots and ensure compliance
- Develop financial models and analyses to enhance decision-making and identify trends
- Assist in managing IT budgets and optimizing vendor contracts and licensing
- Prepare and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic vendors
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or a related function
- 5+ years of experience managing complex vendor engagements throughout their lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet experience and financial modeling capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing executive-ready materials
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
