What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze project requirements and monitor budgets and schedules
• Develop detailed project plans and write progress reports
• Liaise with relevant teams, clients, and managers throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and professionals
• Identify and resolve issues while adhering to specifications and timelines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing and/or Commerce Cloud, Confluence, and Jira software
• Basic understanding of CRM personalization and marketing data best practices
• Experience working within sprints, Kanban, and agile environments
• Strong management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
• Ability to identify risks, problems, and manage multiple project management software systems

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Interaction Studio
• Familiarity with MarTech architecture and data flow between environments
• Previous experience in a similar digital project management role
