Role summary
Pinnacle Method Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner with expertise in Specialty Insurance Claims. What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and development teams
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify and understand the business needs of stakeholders
- Define and communicate actionable product vision, strategy, and roadmap to both business and delivery teams
- Develop and document business requirements, user journey mappings, wireframes, and other necessary documentation
- Lead successful product delivery using Agile frameworks across maintenance, enhancements, and major initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or comparable, related work experience in business administration, finance, IT, or related field preferred
- 7+ years of related experience as a business analyst and/or product owner
- Experience in Property/Casualty or Specialty insurance markets and claims processing required
- CPCU or IIA Certifications or comparable insurance certification preferred
- CBAP or comparable Business Analysis or Product Owner certifications desired
