What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage, plan, design, and develop multiple complex technical programs from end to end
• Coordinate interdepartmental functions to minimize delays and ensure project deadlines are met
• Develop program strategies and create business cases to support program objectives
• Establish performance metrics and monitor program execution to ensure alignment with goals
• Direct vendor relationships and manage contracts to ensure compliance with service level agreements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of experience in a related field
• Strong experience in program management and strategic planning
• Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Experience managing complex technical programs in a health insurance or healthcare setting
• Advanced certifications in project or program management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills for data analysis and program evaluation
