What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the lead strategic business partner to regional sales leadership, aligning field priorities with enterprise go-to-market strategy
- Analyze regional performance trends and convert sales insights into actionable recommendations to improve execution
- Partner with the Training & Development team to equip regional teams with necessary tools and training
- Collaborate across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of regional priorities
- Monitor launch performance and identify process improvement opportunities to drive sales growth
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, field enablement, business analytics, or sales leadership support
- Or, advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic action
- Proven success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in medical device, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences
- Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, and performance reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Highspot)
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience supporting field adoption of sales processes and commercial tools
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills
