What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Partner closely with Customer Success leadership to build and scale operational processes for onboarding, retention, renewals, and customer growth
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to track key customer success KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance the post-sales customer journey, collaborating with various teams
  • Own and optimize the Customer Success technology stack, ensuring data integrity and effective workflows
  • Write and analyze SQL queries to extract and model data for business decisions and operational improvements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in building dashboards and reporting; SQL proficiency required
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational improvements
  • Systems-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and operational tools such as Salesforce, BI platforms, and customer success systems (e.g., Gainsight, Vitally, or similar)
  • A demonstrated "get it done" mentality in fast-paced environments
