Role summary
Pinterest is seeking an Engineering Manager II for its Programmatic Offsite Ads team. We’re seeking a talented Manager II, Engineering to take on a leadership role within the Programmatic Offsite Ads team. You will lead critical efforts to define, build, and evolve the ad features which power Pinterest’s ads business through off-platform supply partnerships.
You will be responsible for defining the strategic vision and roadmap for programmatic ads delivery. This includes driving advertiser performance and ensuring that ads are served across high-quality supply, all while adhering to industry standards for programmatic demand.
The Programmatic Offsite Ads team is part of Pinterest’s broader Programmatic Ads strategy working closely with the larger Monetization organization. We own and operate infrastructure which drives ad buys through OpenRTB standards. We partner with internal infra and ML teams to ensure off platform ads are delivered reliably and efficiently at scale.
