Role summary

Adobe is seeking a Partner Program Manager on a contract basis through NextDeavor. This remote role focuses on managing partner-facing enablement to help enterprise sellers understand and utilize partner solutions. The role involves creating and maintaining seller-ready materials, managing project timelines, and collaborating with internal and external partners. Become a Key Player as a Partner Program Manager

You will manage partner-facing enablement to help the client’s enterprise sellers understand and leverage partner solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal partner teams and external partners to ensure assets are accurate and consumable. This is a Remote role with preference for candidates across US time zones.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Build, organize, and maintain partner-facing and field-facing assets that enable sellers to understand and leverage partner solutions
  • Translate complex partner offerings into clear, concise, seller-ready materials (overviews, solution summaries, quickstart guides)
  • Structure assets for easy discovery and consumption by the enterprise field
  • Validate content quality, relevance, and usability from a seller perspective
  • Own project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables; track progress across workstreams
  • Proactively identify risks and drive issues to resolution
  • Maintain documentation and status updates for stakeholders
  • Engage with external partners to gather inputs, assets, and updates
  • Coordinate with internal partner teams to align priorities and execution
  • Act as a central point of contact to keep work moving forward with minimal oversight

Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs, partner enablement, program management, or related roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven ability to project manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively drive outcomes
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Here’s What Else Might Help You Out

  • Experience supporting enterprise sellers or sales enablement
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (solution partners, technology partners, agencies, or GSIs)
  • Exposure to content systems
  • Prior experience working in or with large, matrixed organizations

Pay Range

$45.63 - $57.04/hour
