Role summary
Pivotor AI is seeking a Product Design Intern for an unpaid, on-site internship in Fremont, CA, with potential for full-time conversion. What You'll Do
Design end-to-end user experiences across career and hiring workflows
Build wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
Run usability tests and incorporate feedback into design decisions
Collaborate with our lead designer and engineers to ship features
Whiteboard. Iterate. Launch.

What You'd Bring
- 0.5 to 1 year of design experience, projects, internships, or coursework all count
- Strong Figma skills with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience with MCP, Cursor, or Claude for design or prototyping. This is mandatory.
- A portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you made
- Available immediately and on-site in Fremont, CA
- Must accept the terms of an unpaid internship with potential for conversion
