It will lead a team responsible for triaging, prioritizing, and diagnosing day to day support requests from end users while driving continuous improvement efforts and monitoring future release notes for potential impacts. The position will lead the creation and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure execution and sustainable results.

- Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Learn our business strategy and processes. Apply ERP capabilities to capitalize on opportunities
- Translate needs into actionable statements and technical requirements for support team to deliver
- Prioritize roadmap and keep track of upcoming features\functions
- Design and implement SOPs to standardize workflows and enhance operational efficiency
- Ensure adherence to established procedures across the organization
- Develop and implement training programs for employees, emphasizing SOPs, best practices, and compliance
- Manage team of Business Analysts
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
