Vos principales responsabilités

En collaboration étroite avec une équipe multidisciplinaire (gestion de projet, automatisation, mécanique, logiciel, électrique, intelligence artificielle) :

·
Assumer un rôle actif dans la R&D
par la conception de systèmes et de prototypes, et par les tests en laboratoire et les tests d'acceptation sur site (SAT) chez le client;

·
Gérer toutes les tâches d'automatisation
(y compris la programmation (PLC), la gestion des composants réseau et la supervision de la conception des panneaux électriques et des commandes);

·
Participer activement
aux sessions de remue-méninges (R&D) et de démarrage des projets, contribuant à la génération d'idées et à la résolution de problèmes;

·
Collaborer au développement et à l’intégration
d’algorithmes avancés et de composants mécaniques;

·
Effectuer la mise en service du système
et fournir une assistance technique continue en tant que ressource clé pour le fonctionnement efficace et l'optimisation des installations;

·
Polyvalence et adaptation :
répondre à différentes tâches pour supporter l'avancement de projets en adaptant des stratégies et techniques afin de subvenir aux objectifs de l'équipe.

Votre parcours

· Baccalauréat en génie de la production automatisée, génie électrique, génie mécatronique ou génie robotique;

· 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en automatisation ou dans un domaine connexe;

· Maitrise ou connaissance approfondie des systèmes PLC (Allen-Bradley & Beckhoff);

· Maitrise ou connaissance approfondie des langages de programmation GRAFCET, Logique Ladder, Texte Structuré (ST);

· Bonne connaissance des systèmes électriques (contrôle et puissance) et mécaniques;

· Avoir de l’expérience dans un environnement R&D.

· Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes;

Key Responsibilities:

·
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers and the existing technical team (automation, mechanical, software, electrical) to develop advanced material handling systems for automating the storage, transport and management of garments on hanger for global e-commerce platforms.

·
System Development and Prototyping:
Play an active role in system development, involving both computer-aided design work and hands-on experimentation in the company’s dedicated laboratory to test and optimize GOH handling equipment and subsystems.

·
Commissioning and Support:
Carry out system commissioning and provide ongoing technical support as a key resource for the efficient operation and optimization of installations.

·
Technical Project Management:
Handle end-to-end automation tasks, including programming industrial programmable logic controllers (PLCs), managing networking components, and overseeing the design of electrical panels and controls.

·
Collaborative Innovation:
Actively participate in brainstorming sessions for the project, contributing to idea generation and problem-solving.

·
Mechanical Design:
Occasionally collaborate with mechanical engineers to assist in the development and design of the system’s mechanical components.

·
Validation and Testing:
Lead the site acceptance testing (SAT) phases at the client’s location to ensure compliance and performance.

·
Versatility and Adaptation:
Take on various related tasks to support project progress, adapting strategies and techniques as needed to meet team objectives.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Automated Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Robotics Engineering.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in automation or related field.

· Strong knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley and Beckhoff) and programming languages such as GRAFCET, ladder logic, structured text (ST).

· Good electrical knowledge (control and power) and mechanical.

· Knowledge of robotic design processes and tools (CAD, rapid prototyping, etc.)

· Experience in a R&D environment.
