Senior Data Engineer

We need a senior engineer who can come in and immediately improve what we've built. Our platform works and our clients are happy with it, but we know there's another level we can reach: better automation, smarter analytics, and AI capabilities that actually solve ever-growing complex problems.

We're looking for someone who can identify what needs to happen next, make it happen, and help us determine what comes next. Someone who wants to be part of the leadership team, not just an engineer executing someone else's roadmap. You'd be helping to shape the company's strategic direction.

Core Technical Expectations

Focus on fundamentals and ownership rather than specific tools.

Required Foundations

• Strong SQL (complex joins, performance considerations)
• Data modeling for analytics (facts and dimensions)
• ETL / ELT pipeline development
• Supporting analytics and BI use cases
• Data quality, reliability, and documentation

Level of Experience

4 Year College degree with 3 to 10+ years of professional experience.

Be able to share more than 4 stories of project success (or failure) at the current work or multiple organizations. Consulting based experiences a plus.

Actively be at Level III work or actively moving towards it. See below.
