Role summary

We are seeking an experienced SQL Specialist / Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on managing, querying, and analyzing data from multiple databases to support business operations. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing complex SQL queries, extracting and interpreting data, maintaining database integrity, and creating reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proficient with SQL and data analysis tools, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on SQL experience. About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SQL professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing, querying, and analyzing data to support business operations across multiple departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly analytical, and comfortable working with large datasets to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, write, and optimize complex SQL queries
  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from multiple databases
  • Maintain and improve database structures and data integrity
  • Create reports and dashboards to support business needs
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to identify data trends and opportunities
  • Troubleshoot data issues and ensure accuracy of reporting

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience (5+ preferred for senior-level candidates)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (or similar relational databases)
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and data visualization tools
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a multi-company or multi-entity environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or business management software
  • Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
