Role summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Product Manager in Cary, NC, to drive product specifications and sales across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of architectural sales experience and existing relationships within the commercial architectural market. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, engaging key decision-makers, conducting product presentations, and managing pipeline activity. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting architectural drawings and possess strong organizational and communication skills to work independently and collaborate internally. Precision Walls, Inc., one of the nation’s leading specialty contractors, is seeking a driven and experienced Architectural Product Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Cary, NC, with a focus on driving product specifications and sales across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet defined goals.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within the A&D and construction community.
  • Drive product specifications through architects, developers, and contractors.
  • Conduct impactful product presentations and technical overviews to prospective clients.
  • Build and strengthen relationships within the commercial architectural community.
  • Collaborate internally to support product positioning and client needs.
  • Manage pipeline activity and reporting across a multi-state territory.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of successful architectural sales experience.
  • Existing relationships within the commercial architectural market.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage key influencers in the project design process.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
