
Marketing Coordinator
Role summary
Pressed Cafe, a high-growth premium quick-casual restaurant company, seeks a Marketing Coordinator to join their founder-led team. This hands-on role bridges digital execution and in-store operations, working closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Manager. Responsibilities include managing digital menus, website content, email campaigns, in-store marketing materials, and online reputation. The role requires 4+ years of marketing or brand experience, preferably in hospitality or retail. The ideal candidate is creative, technically proficient with digital platforms, highly organized, and comfortable in restaurant environments. This hybrid role involves 1-2 days per week in the Nashua, NH headquarters and regular visits to cafe locations in NH and MA.

About The Role:
This is a hands-on marketing role that sits at the intersection of digital execution and in-store operations. Working closely with our Creative Director and Social Media Manager, you will help elevate and bring the Pressed Cafe brand to life across every guest touchpoint; in our cafes, online, through email, and across all digital platforms.
This role includes regular visits to cafe locations throughout NH and MA to maintain brand standards and collect operational insights. In-office collaboration at our Nashua, NH headquarters is expected 1-2 times per week minimum.
What You'll Do:
*Digital Menus & Visual Presence*
- Maintain and update in-store digital menus, website, and online ordering platforms
- Ensure menus are visually sharp, accurate, and reflective of current offerings
- Improve presentation and clarity. Make the menus look as good as the food tastes
- Coordinate updates with operations and culinary teams
*Email & Direct Marketing*
- Build and manage email campaigns, automations, and promotional sends
- Support seasonal launches, new menu items, and campaigns
- Segment audiences and continuously improve engagement
- Partner with leadership, Creative Director, and Social Media Manager on messaging
*Website & Digital Presence*
- Own all website content and updates. Keep it fresh, accurate, and visually strong
- Maintain menus, location info, hours, and promotions across all platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.)
- Continuously improve flow, usability, and the overall guest experience online
*In-Store Marketing & Brand Experience*
- Oversee in-store marketing execution across all locations. Signage, menu boards, seasonal displays, and visual consistency
- Coordinate sourcing, production, and installation of marketing materials
- Partner with operations and culinary on launches, LTOs, and promotional rollouts
- Ensure every location consistently reflects the Pressed Cafe brand
- Support new cafe openings with full in-store marketing setup
*Brand Campaigns & Promotions*
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across in-store, digital, email, and community channels
- Help manage and maintain a marketing calendar across locations
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and creative partners
*Online Reputation & Guest Experience*
- Monitor and respond to online reviews across platforms, turning friction into loyalty
- Manage guest communication with the same level of hospitality we deliver in-store
- Partner with operations to identify patterns and insights from guest feedback
*Analytics & Performance*
- Track performance across email, web, and digital channels
- Report on what’s working and what’s not
- Test, refine, and continuously improve marketing efforts
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing or brand roles
- Background in hospitality, retail, or luxury brands strongly preferred
- Creative mindset with strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency
- Technical skills for managing digital platforms, websites, and online presence
- Interest in AI tools and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong eye for brand presentation and guest experience
- Basic photography/video skills preferred (graphic design skills nice to have but not required)
- Excellent writing skills with ability to create on-brand messaging
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable spending time in restaurant environments and interacting with teams
